WCS Kindergarten Registration for Fall 2022
- Do you have a child who will be 5 years old on or before October 15, 2022?
- Do you live in Woolwich?
If you said yes to both of these questions, it is time to register your child for Kindergarten!
To register, please call Jane Pratt at the Woolwich Central School (207-443-9739) and she'll walk you through this simple process.
Proof of the following immunizations are required to attend Kindergarten:
5 DTap (4 DTaP if 4th is given on or after 4th birthday)
4 Polio (3 Polio if 3rd is given on or after 4th birthday)
2 MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
2 Varicella or reliable documented history of disease provided by a physician or other primary care provider.
